Community Update

On June 25th, 2024, Housing Help of Lenawee received notice from MSHDA that the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program will not be releasing any new vouchers for the foreseeable future, due to federal budget constraints.


In addition, all HCV waitlists will be closed for Lenawee County and we will be unable to add new households to the Homeless Preference Waitlist nor be able to authorize  Recertifications for those currently on it, beginning July 1st, 2024.
